The Booking Date will be informed to all those who have registered an interest.
Details will be posted on the website in the appropriate term's calendar.
Fees and inclusions will be clearly informed.
Bookings are only confirmed when the appropriate fee is paid to the organisers.
Receipts will be issued to members on the day.
If the confirmed numbers exceed the number of seats available, names will be drawn on the day following the closing date and unsuccessful applicants notified.
Paid fees will be refunded.
Their names may be placed on a Reserve List if the applicant so wishes.
Should a person withdraw from the Tour during the interim period, every effort will be made to find a replacement. If successful, the full fees will be returned to the original applicant.
If a replacement cannot be found, the member withdrawing will forfeit the element relating to the seat on the coach. Every effort will be made to avoid the cost incurred for meals, which may be refunded.
